D&D Development
D&D
Development has been building custom homes and developing residential
communities in the Helena area since 1995.
Their
2003 parade house emphasizes their belief in choosing a style for
a home and caring that style throughout the house. This beautiful
contemporary home has custom woodwork throughout, including columns
and built-ins, as well as granite countertops, board-and-batt siding
and a huge deck. It brings the turn of the last century to this century.
D&D
Development homes are warm, friendly and very livable. They are full
of bold colors, unique trim designs, and fascinating light fixtures.
Interesting windows bring the outdoors of Montana inside the home;
creative use of space maximizes those great views. Kitchens are functional
and are part of the living space of the home, family rooms encourage
family time, and everyone gets a nice sized bedroom.
D&D
Development homes are also affordable. D&D’s team of skilled and efficient
subcontractors, together with a highly organized General Contracting
partnership, help complete homes in a timely manner and on a budget.
Mick
DeLude and Tim Davis, best friends and co-owners of D&D Development,
combine to help design and build your new home just the way you want
it.
Mick
DeLude is a lifelong Helena resident. He grew up in a family that
has been in the construction business for over 30 years. Mick will
take that tradition through the next generation.
Tim
Davis was born in England, grew up in Massachusetts and has been in
Helena for 10 years. His grandfather was an architect in England and
his grandmother a famous painter. The former manager of Hot Spring
Spas of Helena brings years of Customer Service specialty to D&D Development.
