2009 Builder of the Year

Rob Martin

Rob served as 2009 HBIA President and has participated on many committees. Most recognized is his representation of HBIA on The L&C County Development Standards Working Group that developed the document that outlines County Zoning. Rob has been building homes for 30 years and has participated in two Parade of Homes. Rob is a National Certified Green Professional.

Associate Members of the Year

HBIA Members nominated two members as Associate Member of The Year, Jim Enyeart of Home Beautifiers and Jeff Driessen of Chicago Title.

Jim Enyeart

Jim has been a member of the HBIA since 1989 and has served as a Board Member since 2003. He has served as Chairperson of the HBIA Membership Committee for the last 3 years. Jim also serves on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the City of Helena Board of Adjustments.

Jeff Driessen

Jeff Driessen has served on the HBIA Board of Directors for two years. He Chaired the Education Committee and also led the valiant effort to build a playground for Jim Darcy Grade School. Jeff unfortunately lost his family home to fire in the early spring. Through this tough time he never stopped being an active member of the association.
